The german "Behörden und Organisationen mit Sicherheitsaufgaben (BOS)" use - like the Netherlands - TETRA (BOSNET). But there are interesting VHF-/UHF-Frequencies which I (You) can hear, especially from the (military) Aviation. In Combination with Internet-Flightradar "
